I'm very disappointed. The doctors may be good, but I was treated with complete disrespect. I made an appointment with Dr. Ksenia, based on a recommendation. After the first appointment, I needed root canal treatment and a root canal, so they scheduled me for another appointment three days later. I arrived and had an appointment with another doctor. t warning is, to say the least, strange, since I had come to a specific doctor based on a recommendation. The new doctor didn't know what I had and kept asking, "What do you need to do?" I stayed, had two more appointments, and the quality of the service was fine, but talking on the phone is probably normal during the procedure. After three appointments, I made an appointment for a filling with the doctor I had originally wanted, the one recommended to me. I finally showed up, sat outside the door for 30 minutes, and the receptionist said, "Sorry, the doctor can't see you; it's a complicated extraction." Curtain. I'm very upset; I've wasted a ton of time, and now I have to look for a doctor again. The attitude towards patients in this clinic leaves much to be desired.
