Dr. Jolene Lai is very detailed in her scaling and polishing and we always have a good experience at her clinic. During my son's first visit, she hummed a lullaby while treating him to calm him down! For kids who are restless, they have a play corner near the front.

Hi Ms Ain! Thank you for leaving a very nice review for Dr Shana. :) Dr Shana is very grateful! :) If it hurts a little, we can put topical anesthetic (Strawberry cream). If it hurts more, sometimes we can give anesthetic (a small injection) to clean the teeth more thoroughly. You can always ask us beforehand :) Take care! :)

Had an appt with Dr. Jolene..she is so gentle, finally found a good dentist clinic.... She accommodated to my needs and she will hump the music which makes us relaxing, will always be back to check on my teeth with her... :)

Came here for scaling and polishing after seeing all the good reviews. Wanted to make an appointment with Dr Jolene but she was fully booked for the day so I went with Dr Tai Li Ying and she was good and very efficient! n was responsive as well, using whatsapp to make an appointment was seamless and the after service made it a very welcoming experience. The dental space was very clean and spacious, they even have a playing area for kids. The dentists here see kids as well and the charges seem reasonable so i will bring my kids here for teeth check up next time. Overall, pleasant experience with Pink and White team, highly recommend here!

I recommended my sister to this clinic. She made n apptment for herself n my niece on 11may, 10am. My sister had Dr Shana n my niece had Dr Tai. My niece feedback that her dentist was rough n her mouth was full of blood after the treatment. She did not hv a pleasant experience.

Incompetent staff. Made appointment already came down all the way from sg tell me my appointment not made. Wasted my time. Dentist good also no point if the staff cannot make it and cannot do simple things right.
