ng appointments that suited my schedule was easy. The English ability varies from good to essentially fluent depending on who you talk to, meaning non-Vietnamese speakers should have no problems with communication. I first went here for an Invisalign consultation. They don't do free consultations, but what probably ended up being close to a 2 hour appointment of different checks and discussing possible treatment options only cost 200,000vnd so i certainly had no complaints. Ultimately, i decided not to go ahead with the Invisalign as i'm moving around a lot at the moment for work, but if i was going to be in the area for longer then i would have picked this place 100%. I ended up going back a few weeks later and asking for a usual checkup and teeth cleaning as it had been over 2 years since my last dental checkup. They told me a checkup and cleaning could cost up to 700,000vnd depending on how dirty your teeth are (which is a good price anyway). But after she checked my teeth the hygienist said that a cleaning was not necessary and instead performed a standard polish which only cost 100k. Many places try and upsell you different treatments or offer you services you don't need, so to be told i didn't need something that i was more than happy to pay for was a pleasant surprise and showed an admirable level of honesty and professionalism.

Have been using this place for a few years now, from back when they were called Serenity, and they are consistently top-notch. Wonderfully friendly staff from the receptionists to the dentists, impeccably clean premises, state-of-the-art equipment and service, and they are great at explaining what they are planning to do, without ever pushing treatment on you.
