This is my genuine personal experience. No seeding!!! I really want to dedicate a serious post to thank Phuong Dong Dental Clinic, and especially Dr. Long – who gave me a dental experience that I believe not everyone gets. Thank you to the staff for their enthusiastic support! Even the security guard was very nice. My situation is quite special: I had three front teeth fitted with porcelain veneers elsewhere over 10 years ago, and now my gums are starting to recede. This time, I decided to redo the three old veneers and get three new ones. From the beginning, I clearly stated my personal wishes: • The teeth must be removable, suitable for long-term cleaning and flossing. • I'm not in a hurry; I need time for multiple visits to make adjustments, prioritizing my health and comfort over speed. 👉 During the first visit, I had a full-mouth X-ray and received a very detailed and clear step-by-step treatment plan from the doctor. There was one tooth I wanted to monitor further, so I declined part of the plan. What I appreciate most is: Dr. Long didn't pressure me at all; he examined that tooth very carefully, clearly analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of waiting, and pointing out specific signs to watch out for during observation. Afterward, he removed the old tooth, observed the actual inflammation, and proactively adjusted the plan to best suit my condition. Very patient. Very thorough. And very caring. 👉 The second time, the teeth were fitted for a trial. Because my teeth were still sensitive, the dentist only fitted them temporarily, not permanently, for one reason only: to avoid discomfort. 👉 On the third visit, when the sensitivity had subsided, the dentist fitted each tooth individually, adjusting them entirely by hand: • The biting sensation had to be realistic • The spacing was sufficient to prevent the teeth from shifting • And just enough for dental floss to slide smoothly In particular, the three front teeth were meticulously adjusted: • The color had to be even, not artificial • The edges of the teeth had to be naturally rounded • The transparency had to be just right • Ensuring aesthetics while still looking as natural as possible 👉 On the final appointment, because everything had been so meticulously personalized beforehand, the tooth fitting went very smoothly. After the procedure: • Very comfortable teeth • No sensitivity • Teeth are shiny, evenly colored, and fit snugly against the gums • Slight transparency at the bite, very natural What surprised me most was: 👉 When my tongue touched the inner surface, I didn't feel like it was porcelain at all. Dr. Long's dedication lies not only in his technique, but also in taking his precious time to observe, adjust, and work until the teeth are truly healthy, natural, and don't cause any long-term discomfort. I am truly grateful to have met a doctor who is compassionate, skilled, and puts the long-term health of his patients above all else. If you are looking for a place to get your teeth done without rushing, without pressure, without rushing, but with a long-term commitment, then this is an experience I really want to share. My family has several members who had their teeth done at Phuong Dong Dental Clinic and they introduced me here. Dr. Trang gave honest, objective, careful and dedicated advice. Dr. Trang did two root canals and porcelain crowns for me very gently and painlessly, and it has been almost a year now without any problems. I also had 6 implants done here, it is too early to give a complete and objective review so I will update the information later.

I thought I was the only one complaining about the dentist's attitude, but there are many customers like me. It's been ten years since I visited this dental clinic to have my teeth filled and scaled, and the doctor was very nice. The filling was loose, so my tooth was sensitive. I went back for a check-up, and the doctor replaced the old drill with a new one. He also told me that if I still felt sensitive, I should come back to him for a check-up and have a root canal done. Luckily, I didn't have to have a root canal done. Recently, I went back to have another filling, and the male doctor got angry when I mentioned, "If my tooth is sensitive again, please come back and see me again, doctor."

Dentist Trang has an attitude problem when treating customer badly. When complained to manager Dr Hai. He protected her and said I must be drunk and hang up. Don't come to this dentist any more.

My mother had her dental work done at Phuong Dong Dental Clinic. Dr. Hai performed the implant placement gently and skillfully. Everyone was attentive and caring. I felt very reassured. Thank you, Phuong Dong Dental Clinic.

I've had my dental work done here before. The service quality is excellent, the equipment is modern, and the process is very smooth and comfortable. The 3/2 branch is elegant and beautiful. The staff and doctors here are very dedicated and friendly, always caring for their patients. My family and I really enjoyed having our dental work done here and will definitely come back many more times.

The clinic was incredibly crowded, and I had to wait quite a while. But the staff and Dr. Hung were very enthusiastic and helpful.
