Amazing clinic! I arrived around 11am ans there were quite a few locals in the waiting room as well as another foreigner. Even with the big crowd, they called me to the doctor quickly! The nurses were nice at check in and the doctor spoke amazing English. Ten times better than a hospital, excellent service, very professional and fast, seen and treated in one hour, very affordable costs. Very efficient, easy to communicate in English, I highly recommend coming here instead of the hospital (having experienced both, the difference is night and day...).
My knee and my leg were really swollen, I had an infection and was a bit afraid of what could have happened. All the staff at the clinic was kind, many of them speak a bit of english. They healed my knee, made ultrasound to be sure their was nothing more. I went their 4 days, and now 1 week later, I recovered well. If you have an health problem you should go there. Lovely general practitioner, speaks good English. There were about 10 people in the queue, but I waited less than 15 minutes. The clinic provided medical report and receipts.

Our stay in Luang Prabang was unfortunately marked by numerous visits to this clinic, following a motorbike accident in Vang Vieng that left us with a dislocated shoulder and four stitches in our knee. maternity ward, and an ultrasound room. Downstairs are the admissions room, the emergency room, and several other rooms, while upstairs is the doctor, who receives all the latest updates on cases. We had to go every two days for check-ups and wound dressings, and although everything was handled by nurses, photographs were immediately sent to the doctor for analysis, diagnosis, and final report. We could consult with him as often as we wanted and received reports in English that were useful for insurance purposes. The prices are negligible compared to average European prices. The cashier's office also serves as a pharmacy, where you can stock up on everything you need. We were treated wonderfully, and felt pampered by all the staff, even during the most difficult days. Almost everyone speaks English, and communication was easy. Thanks to the doctor, both male and female, and also to the entire nursing staff! You were angels! A special shout-out to Miss Peng! Very pleased. I got a deep gash in my arm, they took me right away. Cleaned wound, put in 5 stitches. Head doctor came down, he asked about allergic reactions and last tetanus booster (20 yrs). Thus antibiotics, booster and a job well done. This confirmed on follow-up visit, it’s healing nicely.

The most trusted medical institution in Luang Prabang. It's a 10-minute drive from central Luang Prabang, and costs about 80,000 kip using LOCA to get there. They offer X-rays, but I didn't see any mention of MRIs or anything like that. If you feel the treatment here is insufficient, your only option will be to fly to Bangkok. fast. I was prescribed painkillers and anti-inflammatory medication for my injury. You get the medicine when you pay at the end of the consultation. I was prescribed about a five-day supply, which cost $10. Credit cards are accepted, and they even provide a certificate for insurance claims. What a wonderful doctor, thank you so much!
I recommend that place to anyone whatever your reasons 👌🏼 Sooo professional, the staff is wonderful, everyone are speaking good English, everything is clean, tidy and well organised, you can be tested for anything you want here, there's a great pharmacy also and you can pay by card! It was a very good hospital. There were many locals, but they were also very kind to tourists like me from overseas. All the nurses and doctors speak English. I arrived at 7am and was seen and treated smoothly. There were many locals around 8am, so if possible, I think it's best to go as soon as they open. Also, they accept credit cards for payment.
Little nervous having to come here but actually very good treatment and price. The team (especially doctor) spoke very good English and the nurses are skilled. There was no one queuing to see the doctor - we were in within 5 minutes. Highly recommend coming here. Thank you to the team for solving my two health problems after 1 hour visit (which only cost 30USD).
