I was very well received by the clinic and underwent a procedure with Dr. Fernanda which exceeded my expectations as I felt no pain at all; she is very precise and attentive.
I had a consultation with Dr. Fernanda and received excellent care; she is an excellent professional and made me feel safe throughout the entire appointment.
Wonderful clinic, I was seen by Dr. Geovanna and even received a fiber cake as a gift! I highly recommend it ❤️

Terrible service and a lack of responsibility towards the patient and professional ethics! In other words, a complete lack of empathy for the patient. The clinic made a mistake regarding the price of the procedure and did not inform the patient in advance; the correct price was simply double the actual price!! clinic (that they gave the wrong price), it would have been okay. The doctor's lack of responsibility towards the patient in pain and the mistake made was shocking. In short, I do not recommend them.

During the consultation, it was explained that, in your case, it is an attempt at root canal retreatment, while your husband's procedure was an initial root canal treatment — therefore, the prices are different. We understand that mistakes can happen, and we apologize for the misinformation. We were willing to perform the procedure for the initially quoted price, but you opted for a second professional opinion. We sincerely regret the experience and thank you for your understanding.
