I received excellent care from Dr. Cláudia. She made me feel very safe and answered all my questions about the procedure. The facilities are wonderful, Dr. Cláudia is not only an excellent professional but also an incredible person, and all of this gives me peace of mind that everything will be perfect. And the receptionists, Izabella and Larissa, are so attentive that they make you feel welcome. If I had to give it a rating, it would be the MAXIMUM.

They performed a procedure on my tooth without properly evaluating it first. As a result, I spent over 2,000 reais and now it's been diagnosed that I need an implant (something that could have been identified earlier). And after I contacted them to try and resolve the situation, they've been evasive in their responses and have stopped replying. BEWARE everyone!

HORRIBLE! The only good part of my procedures at the clinic was the removal of my wisdom teeth, which was totally quick and painless during recovery. But now, talking about the root canal treatment I had a year ago, the first mistake was when they "opened" a tooth that wasn't the tooth that was going to be treated. They left it open by mistake, which caused a root canal in a tooth that didn't need…

And to make matters worse, I now find out that the root canal, which I paid for and believed was done correctly, wasn't done properly, causing me abnormal swelling, a lot of pain, and pus on the right side of my face. A dentist at the emergency room evaluated me and showed me the mistake. Regarding their first mistake of opening the wrong tooth and causing a root canal to be treated, they informed me that mistakes happen and that's it. In short, the lack of scheduling organization and the rush to attend to the largest number of patients causes this, mistakes. Here is my indignation about a clinic with this location that does this; I don't recommend this place to anyone.
