To provide a complete and lasting solution, she expedited the creation and fitting of a crown, far exceeding my expectations. On the day of the crown fitting, she also performed a thorough cleaning, achieving results that left my teeth feeling better than ever. Dr. Caitlyn Tan’s dental team was equally impressive—attentive, supportive, and thoroughly professional, contributing significantly to the overall positive experience. The process of scheduling appointments and receiving all necessary information prior to my visit was smooth and efficient. I can honestly say I haven’t experienced such exemplary dental care in many years. My wife and I have both attended Penang Dental Surgery twice in the three months we have been in Penang. Firstly for fillings and lately for a full clean. The service is exemplary with on-time appointments, pain free dentistry and fantastic outcomes. On top of this, the fees are extremely reasonable. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The new design gives off good vibes. the nurses and assistants there especially the senior ones like Margaret and Linda. I return here for checkups, scaling polishing, whitening. Whitening is Philips zoom, and my first visit got me from b2 to a shade whiter than b1. I’d recommend eating before coming so you can take a pain killer!
Great experience with Dr. Tan Ni Wen. I had a cavity and needed consultation. She took xray and gave me 2 options. Either extraction or root canal. I took the formal option and I am very happy with the process. It was painless and quick.
