The most kind staff. I’m very anxious coming from Canada and having a medical procedure done. I had a tooth extraction and the dentist was very knowledgeable and kind. There was no pain and if there were any discomfort he stopped to make me feel better. The staff helped calm me I was very anxious shaking.. they were rubbing my chest and telling me I’m okay. 100% recommend so so so so kind!

My son was nervous about his wiggly tooth removal , but the team made the entire process stress-free. The dentist was patient, gentle, and very professional. They explained about the treatment plan clearly and made sure he was comfortable throughout the procedure. We will definitely be returning.

ur message sounds like you are blaming and lecturing me rather than trying to understand why I felt dissatisfied. Pointing at my habits and suggesting I am “pointing fingers” is unnecessary and unprofessional. A more constructive and respectful reply would have gone a long way. I hope you take this as feedback on your communication approach with patients going forward.

Dear Ms Barbara Merlone Thank you for leaving us 1 star review even after we help you to do proper teeth cleaning treatment compare with the one you had 3 months ago ; while admitting that now you know the difference between 15 minutes and 60 minutes teeth cleaning treatment And once we explain all the fact from the dentistry point of view ; you kept refusing and said "those are stain" while saying that we are cold & didn't seem to care (we won't respond to your chat if we didn't even care on you) You should be aware of all the effect of smoking, coffee and tea that you've done ; to your natural teeth color and your old filling rather than pointing your finger on the one that struggling 60 minutes to do proper cleaning on you We do hope that you can also upload the before-after teeth cleaning treatment that we sent you so all the people can see the work that we've done today And in response to your reply, kindly check for the wording you are using toward us as you're the one who contacting first In life, the way people respect you reflects from how you respecting others Thank you

never seen my teeth whiter from just a cleaning/air polishing. He even repaired a bad filling next to the cracked tooth. I’m sure you can go somewhere cheaper in Bali but I don’t regret a single $ spent here. I can’t recommend this dentist enough!
