I've been wearing braces for six months now. After visiting a few places, I chose Peace because of my three key criteria: DOCTOR'S EXPERTISE - SERVICE AND FACILITIES - PAYMENT POLICY - Dr. Truong did my braces; his profile is excellent, he's very gentle, meticulous, and works slowly. Overall, I feel reassured. He even took care of my natural teeth. Thanks to his careful placement over the past six months, no brackets have fallen out, and I can still eat well, thank goodness! He's number one, haha. Besides him, the entire medical team at Peace seems very professional. I had a scaling (250k VND for my first time) and fillings (300k VND) done there. The two staff members reassured me because I always get nervous and my heart races when I sit in the dental chair. They did a smooth job, and I even started to enjoy it, haha. _ Facilities and services are also very important. Peace is always neat and tidy, with a spacious environment that makes it less daunting, haha. The equipment and machines are clean and high-quality (which is reassuring). The receptionists are lovely and professional. They call to remind me of my appointment, so I don't forget. Appointments are always on schedule, and I don't have to wait long. At another place, I went twice, both times I made an appointment but waited over 30 minutes, and the receptionists ignored me, telling me to wait while they chatted loudly throughout the room. - When it comes to braces, you have to consider the installment payment plan. I'm paying in monthly installments, the amount is small and there's no time limit. I'll probably finish paying by the time I get my braces. Peace's policy is flexible. Students working part-time can easily afford the monthly installments. In short, Peace meets all three of my criteria, and I feel the dental clinic is caring and gentle. Other places I've been to have good dentists but poor service and equipment; some places have low prices but keep talking about money and pressuring me to pay quickly, and tend to offer other services. The place had a consulting assistant, an orthodontic assistant, and they said the main doctor would be monitoring everything. So even though I live in District 2 and it's a bit far to go to District 7, I still chose Peace Dental Clinic in District 7. Currently, I'm very satisfied and happy to have found Peace Dental Clinic in District 7 and to have Dr. Truong do my orthodontic treatment. My fear of the smell and the fear of dental clinics have lessened, and after my braces are finished, I will still choose Peace for my regular check-ups.
