"that's terrible" and "I've never seen that in my life" brought tears to my eyes. During it, I was choking the whole time, probably because of the poorly introduced sucker, for which I was scolded after the whole process. Never again. Unfortunately, I will not recommend the local dental hygienist here to anyone, quite the opposite.
The technician who performed the orthopanoramic dental scan was very rude and unprofessional.
Very nice environment. Kind and caring staff, professionalism. Great accessibility - a few steps from the I. P. Pavlova metro station. Really a top-notch clinic, without irony. I definitely recommend it.

Great willingness of the staff, sensitive approach of all doctors, nurses and other staff. They always find an acceptable solution that is optimal for the client. They willingly explain what the proposed treatment procedure is and for what reasons and how the actual procedure will be carried out. The procedures are completely painless and no one really needs to be afraid of the dentist there.
In the introduction, I would like to state that I am not a chronic complainer and this is probably my second review in my life. I was recommended to this workplace for observation years ago by my general dentist. No other workplace was recommended to me. I have a very mixed opinion of the Parodent workplace. smile, explain everything and tactfully reprimand their own dental care if necessary. Amazing and helpful reception staff. Unfortunately, I have a very negative opinion of the work of dental hygienists. I completely understand a kind of resentment towards clients that they do not take care of hygiene as they should. If every client had excellent dental hygiene, they would be out of a job, right? I completely understand this as long as it is tactful and non-offensive. Repeatedly, most recently with Mrs. Markéta Dvořáková, when the procedure was carried out in the mode of "this is terrible what I see here", "this is power, you idiot". The words that got me the most were "if you didn't want the splint, I would have farted on it", as if I had invented the composite splint. I myself, as a doctor, paid 2,000,- for such behavior. Such a nurse in my office would be a complete No Go.
Incredibly amazing attitude from everyone in the team! My teeth are truly saved and have my complete respect. And believe me, I was in a pretty bad situation. Complete respect. The care will continue and I just have to say thank you very much 😊 …
Very nice staff with a human approach. The nice environment was just a bonus. I recommend it even to the squeamish :)
