I came to Parla Dental Clinic to get an implant. First, my broken tooth with a filling was removed. However, because my routine blood test results showed high blood sugar, we postponed the implant treatment. We are currently waiting. However, I would like to thank Onur and all the staff at the clinic for their care and attention. I am sure that when I get my implant treatment, it will be 5 stars.

I went to Parla Clinic Nisantasi a year ago and had 24 teeth done. I'm still in shock from the work they did and I'm really suffering. After long and grueling work, you understand what it's like to have 24 teeth done and how expensive it is. It turns out they glued the teeth to the implants. I don't understand why people put implants if they glue the teeth in place and don't screw them in. Basically, I was very depressed. Just think about the travel and accommodation costs for the implants, the pain, and then, after all that long work, they fell out. I called and contacted them through mutual friends to have my teeth restored, but they refused. They said they'd only fix their mistakes for a fee, even though they promised a one-year guarantee. Unfortunately, they don't offer any guarantees, only verbal ones. I have absolutely no confidence in this clinic. I'm disappointed, and I'm not the only one. I think these comments here were written by their acquaintances or friends. After all, in Turkey, advertising is the main thing, and the work can be done anyhow.

Hello, we are sorry to hear about your situation. However, some of the statements in your comment are not accurate. Veneer loss is a rare complication of implant-supported dentures and can have many different causes. Implant-supported teeth can be made with both screw-retained and cement-retained systems; the treatment plan and pricing provided to you were for the cement-retained system. Our clinic guarantees all treatments, and patients are required to come to the clinic in person during the warranty period for any medical evaluation that requires it. However, for a simple procedure like tooth reattachment, our clinic cannot cover the costs of airfare, accommodation, and transportation for patients traveling from different cities or countries. We certainly want to help, but for this, the patient must approach our clinic with a constructive and reasonable approach. My orthodontic treatment started there and continues. I think I work with the most excellent dentist in Istanbul. Mr. Onur is very caring, sincere and knowledgeable. He supported me in many processes. You can immediately tell that his priority is the quality of his work. Everyone in the clinic is very polite. Good thing :)

with my braces fitted. My doctor is very attentive, knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and friendly. No other doctor has ever kept me so informed about the process. Also, Ms. Deniz greets us with a smile at the clinic and schedules our appointments. She's wonderful. The whole team is amazing. Do not attend this clinic for any cosmetic dental work. I had 11 veneers / 1 crown done by these buffoons...had to have 3 veneers re-cemented in Australia within 3 weeks of the procedure. I also need a crown to replace another veneer that sheered off. Comments my Australian dentist made of the work he assessed. cement residue from the original work was never cleaned off leading to early signs of infection. The veneers he re-cemented said they didn't fit the tooth properly. So everything from the prep to the lab work to the install is sub par..Steve did offer to redo the work but flights and accommodation were at my expense....tbh if they couldn't get it right first time there's no way I'd trust them to get it correct the second time. Veneer treatment was performed by us because it was compatible with your tooth structure. Comments like, "This tooth should have been treated with a veneer, not a veneer," made at another clinic, unfortunately, constitute unprofessional criticism, not professional distinction. Different treatment options exist for each tooth; we always choose the most appropriate solution for our patients. Unfortunately, our clinic does not cover airfare, transfer, or accommodation expenses. It is unrealistic to ask for airfare from Australia to Istanbul for simple procedures such as tooth rebonding. Our clinic guarantees all treatments and prioritizes patient satisfaction. A spotlessly clean clinic. Dr. Elis took care of my treatment. She's a very kind and hardworking doctor. Her assistants are great too. The only downside is that they broke 75% of my front tooth during the wisdom tooth extraction :( Other than that, I can recommend them with complete peace of mind.

I was very pleased with the service and the doctor. The clinic was very clean and stylishly designed. I had consulted Dr. Onur on the recommendation of many friends and my brother himself. The only downside was that the new clinic was in a somewhat difficult location to reach; even though we came by car, we had some trouble finding it.
