Customer service is not good. Customers are waiting without even a bottle of water to offer.
The clinic was clean, the staff were helpful, and the dentist provided very thorough advice on dental care for my child. My child didn't have to wait long. My child received a free dental check-up and consultation. I have a very positive impression of the clinic.

I came to have my child's teeth checked. The doctor was enthusiastic, examined carefully, and best of all, had skills to make my child feel secure. So luckily, today the examination here was very cooperative.
When I called to make an appointment, they said the line was busy. When I messaged them on Facebook, they gave irrelevant replies.
A few months ago, I arrived on time for a follow-up appointment and was made to wait. Today, I was 10 minutes late due to traffic and the nurse glared at me, asking if I was out for work or just hanging out, telling me to come earlier next time. change to a different date and time because the doctor was off, which I agreed to and tried to arrange. I paid for such terrible service, and where are the core 3T values of a dental clinic? It's like I'm asking for free treatment. Everyone should avoid this branch.
I feel that the dentists here are very dedicated and attentive, taking care of my oral health down to the smallest detail, and I am very satisfied. Thank you Parkway Dental Clinic for giving me a more confident smile ❤️❤️❤️
