Love this place. Dentist and staff very friendly. Loves the results of my teeth after whitening.

me it’s ok, as long as to reach before 5.30pm. So I reached the clinic around 4.55pm, registered myself and waited for my turn. I RE-confirmed with staff whether I can get my x-ray and other scans to be done today, they re-assured me. So I waited for 45mins, finally it’s my turn to meet the dentist, they checked on my teeth and told me to come back on next day to do the other scans and further consultations as they are going to off from work. I begged for their mercy as I travelled for 3 hour to reach to the clinic and waited 45mins there, I hope to get all necessary scans to be done by that day as I didn’t prepare to stay for one night in JB. They REJECTED!! Then I asked why never inform me earlier so that I don’t need to walk under the rain in order to rush to the clinic, AND initially my plan was to come on Sunday morning for appointment instead of Saturday afternoon. . Dentist aka BOSS unable to answer me. . I’m really disappointed with their services and poor communication skills. And dentist doesn’t give me a good impression and unable to convince me with her suggestions on my teeth situation. Advised me to go for other dentist for advice. . So, please think TWICE if you would like to attend to this clinic. I have read many good reviews regarding this clinic, so I came all the way from SG, ending up with such a poor treatment. So I rather spent a little more to fix my issue in SG instead. Thank you Pallx clinic for all this “GOOD” treatment. Dear Miss C, Firstly we would like to apologize for your unfavourable experience in our clinic. Allow us to clarify what transpired that day as everyone reading your review should be entitled to know both sides of the story. Your initial appointment was booked at 3.30pm but at 1.52 pm we received a message that you will be 15mins late for your appointment. We followed up with you at 4.09pm on your abscence for your slot and you responded to us at 4.41pm that you were unable to get transportation to our clinic. Hence, our staff informed you that our clinic will be open till 6pm and requested for you to try to come in by 5.30pm. You then came in around 5pm that day. Unfortunately miss, we must inform you that weekend appointments are full and there is an anticipated waiting time. Despite that, our dentist had slotted you in considering your long journey to our clinic and took the time out of other patients slot to consult you without any charges. The details on why your case was rejected was due to the complications and intricacies of your treatment which was discussed and explained to you by our dentist. Our dentist even suggested to write you a referral letter to an Orthodontist due to the complications of your case for a second opinion, which you rejected because you wanted the scans and xray to be done on the spot. However, there were other patients who were still waiting to be seen for their appointment slot and your case was not a direct one. From our side, we do what's best in the interest of the patient. We put patient's treatment needs forward more than gaining monetary benefit from the patient. Hence why, in considering your circumstances, we decided not to charge a consultation fee for the time spent. We once again sincerely applogize for your unfavourable experience and hope this clarifies your review. Thank you.

actions, procedures and duration to take, even showing me models and pictures of her previous work. During the procedures, dr dhaleeka kept checking on me to make sure im doing well and explaining to me along the way letting me what is she going to do. I feel very safe and that im in good hands throughout the entire process. The staffs are very smiley and friendly willing to go out of their way to help and attend to me. Updates with regards to my zirconia crown: it have been over 1 month since i have completed my crown. Theres no gaps, or weird bulging in my mouth, it feels very natural. Now i can chew, bite and smile to my hearts content. Once again, shout out to one of the best dental team l for making me confident again! 🫶🏻

Overally recommended. Good service by the staff and Dr Racheal. Had my wisdom tooth removal, painless process and made me felt comfortable throughtout the process. DR RACHEAL went through regarding the procedure clearly. After the removal, with the help of medication just on my 1st day, there is no pain completely (Btw it was not a surgical procedure). The best Dental Doctor so far in my entire life. Had my wisdom tooth extraction today,consultation and extraction done by Dr Dhaalekha. Truly experienced in what she does and great explanation prior extraction. Friendly staff, clean and nice environment. If i have to see a dentist in future, this clinic will be my 1st choice. Thanks Dr and staff for comforting me throughout my extraction.

I had a great experience doing my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Reshma. She is very kind, patient, and detailed in explaining everything. Throughout my treatment, I did not experience any pain at all which really exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended
