Overall the service here is very good, starting from the treatment to the procedure. This is my first visit to a dentist and overall I am satisfied with the service and procedure.

I'm really happy that there's a playground, reading books, and a slide for the kids to play on so they don't get bored while waiting. If you have an appointment, it's on time, and the treatment for 2 kids didn't take an hour. The insurance payment process also didn't take long, only 5-10 minutes. It's quite good to have a treatment followed by free play to fill the kids' time on the weekend…

Update...almost 7 years of staying at Palapa, this is the first time I've felt completely misled by Palapa's service... I arrived on February 18, 2026, with the X-ray results required for crown placement on February 24, 2026 (and the customer asked), and Palapa still needed confirmation from the insurance company. As of March 12, there was no information from Palapa (in the end, the customer/me)…

In the name of God, I hope to improve and be more informative with customers in the future. Thank you. Biiznillah, from the age of 3 until now, I've always been here. My favorite pediatric dentists, Dr. Inayu and Dr. Icha, are patient and make the child comfortable, and the place is definitely child-friendly. The adult dentists, like Dr. Wavi, are very good at listening and validating patients. When a patient isn't ready for a major procedure, don't force them or judge them. Be willing to explain and answer all their questions patiently. Allahumma baarik

Dr. Amel was very prompt and explained in detail my dental condition and how to treat it. The setting was also very comfortable.
