My dental scaling procedure, which started at 1:20 PM yesterday, ended at 1:33 PM. That's all I have to say. I was charged an astronomical amount for this procedure. While it's normal for a dental scaling, it's astronomical for such a shoddy job. The doctor was extremely condescending, treating me like I was ignorant and uneducated. Service is quick and pricy. All about having you swipe the card. And front desk people don't smile at all.
Volkan was always communicative via WhatsApp and allayed my fears as to getting an implant done. On the day of the procedure everything was explained and the implant provider (astra) was also on hand as support. As of a week later my implant has settled in and am looking forward to getting the permanent tooth in 4 months time. Thank you!
First of all, I'd like to thank Aslı. She shared every detail about the treatment with me, and the treatment was clean, fast, and high-quality. The reception staff were very helpful and polite in every way. The fees were also reasonable. Thank you.
This is a place that says the examination fee is free when asked over the phone, but then asks for money after you enter, and even then, they ask for the money after the examination, causing people to be victimized.

However, in some cases, an X-ray may be taken if deemed necessary by the physician to make an accurate and reliable diagnosis. The fee charged is not for the examination itself, but for the radiological imaging necessary for diagnosis, and we have sent you this image via email upon your request. Our goal is always to make the correct diagnosis and create the most appropriate treatment plan. I have been on consultation with dr Volkan Karabey and I wanted to pull out my dead tooth and put in an implant but dr advised me not to do it because it would be problematic in my situation. I appreciate his sincerity because he could made that implant and make another bill but he wouldnt do that. We made another works with my other teeth instead.
Dr. Volkan is a truly caring and attentive dentist. You can trust him completely. I've had crowns, fillings, and root canals done with him. As someone with a low pain threshold, I haven't experienced the slightest problem with any of them. The root canal treatment is performed specifically by Dr. Selin. She is very kind and meticulous in her work.
A dentist like Dr. Volkan and his valuable team are hard to find within the borders of the Republic of Turkey. I can say with complete confidence: my dental treatment was flawless, thanks to their professional communication, transparency in the processes, and high-level surgical expertise. Dr. Volkan is a wonderful dentist. People from the Anatolian side of Istanbul would come just to see him. He follows his patients very well. His communication is excellent; I've been coming to him with confidence for years. Those who love to smile should definitely visit him :)
Came from London for two wisdom tooth extractions and a skin graft to my gums. Dr. Volkan was lovely quick efficient and gentle. I had no pain with any of my procedures, care during procedures and after care was immaculate.
