Excellent service, it was a recommendation from another dentist for a specific treatment. My stepson is receiving treatment at the clinic; they are very transparent, the treatment is extremely effective, and the professionals are highly qualified and provide excellent service.

A friend recommended the clinic to me, and from the first contact on WhatsApp with Giovana and Tainá, they were impeccable, answering all my questions and making my treatment easier. And the consultation with Dr. Claudio was delightful; he identified and showed me the best treatment, shared his knowledge, and gave me hope of having an even more beautiful and healthy smile as quickly as possible…

I am extremely satisfied with my son's treatment. He is only 9 years old and is already using the ortho-ligavel appliance; its effectiveness is evident. In just 3 months, it has restored his self-esteem.

About
What this clinic actually does.
Ortoligavel Ortodontia is a dental clinic in Santos, Sao Paulo, specializing in Ortodontia Digital Estetica — Digital Aesthetic Orthodontics — with 30 years of clinical history and more than 12,000 smiles transformed. The clinic's guiding promise is to deliver orthodontic treatments that are faster, more comfortable, and require fewer appointments than traditional approaches, leveraging digital planning and advanced bracket and aligner technologies to streamline the treatment journey without compromising results.
Ortoligavel's signature offering is the TOHi — Hybrid Orthodontic Treatment, a proprietary protocol that combines fixed aesthetic brackets with clear aligners in a single, integrated treatment plan. This hybrid approach takes advantage of the precision and anchorage of fixed appliances in the initial phases while transitioning to the comfort and aesthetics of aligners as tooth positions are refined — producing excellent outcomes for complex cases while maximizing patient comfort and discretion throughout treatment.

Invisible aligners are offered through the New Aligner system — a modern clear aligner platform using digital planning and custom-fabricated transparent trays to move teeth with controlled, sequential force. For patients who prefer fixed appliances, the clinic provides New Evolution Pro aesthetic self-ligating brackets — low-profile ceramic or tooth-colored bracket systems with self-ligating clips that reduce friction, speed tooth movement, and require fewer adjustment appointments compared to conventional tie-based brackets. Ortoligavel's partnership with New One, New Aligner, and the Centro Avancado em Sistema Autoligavel ensures access to the latest developments in orthodontic technology and clinical protocols.
Beyond orthodontics, the clinic offers dental contact lenses — ultrathin ceramic veneers that transform the shape, size, and color of teeth with minimal or no enamel reduction — and professional teeth whitening for patients looking to enhance the brightness of their smile alongside orthodontic treatment. Dental implants and protocol prostheses extend the service offering to tooth replacement solutions for patients with missing teeth, while sleep apnea treatment through mandibular advancement devices provides a dental-based therapeutic option for patients with obstructive sleep apnea and snoring.
The Santos clinic is located at the same address as the neighboring Clinica Marcelo Pimenta, in the Gonzaga-adjacent area of Santos, and serves patients from across the Baixada Santista seeking advanced orthodontic care that combines aesthetic discretion with clinical efficiency. The clinic's 30-year track record and investment in digital orthodontic workflows make it a specialist destination for patients who want their orthodontic treatment to fit comfortably into an active, professional lifestyle — with fewer visits, less visible hardware, and a clear digital roadmap from start to finish.
