0 minutes is the minimum I wait every time beyond my scheduled appointment to be seen; some days it was even 50 minutes waiting. This is really problematic. The other aspects mitigate this problem, but it's still an inconvenience.

He, with all his attention and politeness, does everything to ensure we don't leave his office without the best possible conditions to schedule the treatment.
