I love this clinic so much because Dr. is very kind and so funny

e phone was next to me at that time. My question was, knowing you made no contact (for whatever reason), was a text sent as follow up advising my appointment was rescheduled? Response was no. As a long term Asian XPat, this regretfully has been a norm. Customer is not the king to Thai businesses and for me to think otherwise was foolish. My sole objective is to update others, be advised. Their agenda is only self serving and we patients are merely a means to an end. Obviously for me with so many other options, they are irrelevant to me. Would certainly never recommend this inconsiderate dental practice. Tom

Very reassuring, the clinic gives clear and detailed explanations of the dental treatments to be undertaken, several quotes are proposed. I received quality and painless care. The patient coordinators give you a warm welcome and their work is fantastic. Do not hesitate to come to ORTHOSMILE DENTAL CLINIC you are taken care of by professionals. They're simply the BEST!!! Worth every penny.

They will rip you off. Don't do a treatment with them. They care nothing but money, they are incompetent and will charge you non-stop!

The doctor was very, very gentle. The anesthesia injection didn't hurt at all. The tooth extraction was very quick. The clinic looks new, clean, and beautiful. The equipment is complete, including large X-rays. The staff are all lovely. The service fee is reasonable and not expensive. The clinic is located opposite Terminal 21, so it's easy to find.
