I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I've had root canal treatment at this clinic since last year. During my initial examination, the doctor requested X-rays, and I provided hard copies. d the high cost, I postponed treatment. This year, I returned to the same doctor and planned to ask about my impacted wisdom tooth. I even re-sent the X-rays (soft copies) to the clinic's WhatsApp. But when I returned to the clinic, the doctor explained that he couldn't handle my case due to the crooked roots and limited equipment. Instead, I was advised to see a root canal specialist. So, why did I have to undergo root canal treatment all this time? Why didn't the doctor read or explain my X-rays from the start? Why did it take four visits and a significant amount of money for him to explain that my case couldn't be treated? I feel completely wasted, both in terms of time and money. Doctors should be more professional and communicative from the start.

We apologize in advance for your concerns. 🙏 According to our branch team, Nurul underwent root canal treatment at our clinic on February 21, 2024, for a total of three appointments. At her last visit, the doctor recommended a root canal filling and permanent filling within one week of the previous treatment. However, Nurul was unable to attend that appointment. Nurul returned to the clinic on July 10, 2025, approximately one year after her last treatment, with a new complaint about the same tooth. Due to the long gap in time, the condition of her tooth was no longer the same as it was during her initial treatment. Therefore, the doctor required a re-examination, including an X-ray, and ultimately recommended continuing treatment with a specialist in conservative dentistry (Sp. KG) for optimal treatment based on the current condition of her tooth. We understand the inconvenience and will use your feedback as a basis for further evaluation to ensure clear communication between the doctor and the patient from the start. Once again, we apologize for the unpleasant experience and hope to have the opportunity to provide better service on your next visit.
