Everyone is friendly, from the staff to the doctor, he's great.
My first experience with tartar removal at this clinic was excellent. The receptionist was friendly, as were the doctor and assistant. For now, I'll give this clinic a 4-star rating. If I ever need dental treatment again, I'll likely come back here. Thank you.

arrived on a long weekend and I sent the voucher to the office, so I couldn't pick it up until Monday). I only received a thank-you card, but the physical voucher wasn't there. When I checked Shopee, I found that the order was already in the "completed" stage, so I couldn't request a refund. As a result, I had to file a complaint with Shopee. Two days after my complaint, I received a solution that the next steps could be coordinated with the Orange Dental team. Okay, so from the step-by-step process, the point is, thankfully, Orange Dental still sent the voucher via email for the treatment. I regret the lack of thoroughness in sending the voucher, which led to the long process. 3. I had booked treatment days in advance for 5:00 PM. I arrived at 4:40 PM. It turned out that upon arrival at Orange Dental, I had to fill out an online personal information form. After 5 minutes, I was asked to wait. At exactly 5:00 PM, there was still no confirmation from the admin that I would be admitted to the room. At 5:15 PM, I confirmed why the delay was due to no notification. Only after I asked did the admin explain that the treatment time was delayed because the previous patient arrived late. This should have been communicated from the start, so the patient would have been aware and wouldn't have felt like they had wasted their booking so far in advance. Otherwise, there were no issues. The admin was friendly, but not very informative regarding my case. The doctor was also friendly. I hope he maintains his friendly service. Thank you.

I've had treatment here, the doctor is okay, the nurse is okay, the admin is okay, but there are still some remnants of the renovation which still causes the smell of paint to remain.
