I have been promptly attended to several times at this clinic with extreme friendliness from the professionals who work there. All procedures were performed with great competence and I am very satisfied with the services. Scheduling is easy and flexible, and the price is very reasonable. I recommend it!

treat a tooth. The guy is very good! I'm going back today to have 4 more procedures done with the same doctor. I will return whenever possible because the clinic is very clean and the professionals are of high quality. The level of competence is already evident at reception when Anabela and Fernanda attend to clients. They are calm and attentive, always explaining what needs to be done and how to proceed. I recommend it and will return whenever I need treatment.

I was 40 minutes late, only to be told at the end that the dental voucher wouldn't be accepted for the filling. On top of everything, they made me look like a liar; it wasn't 25 minutes, it was FORTY minutes late. Before going to the clinic, I informed them about the dental voucher.

Initially, we apologize for the 25-minute delay in your daughter's "free evaluation" appointment. We had to add a little extra time to the previous appointment, which prevented us from starting your consultation on time. Between the scheduled appointment time and the actual start of the appointment, 25 minutes passed, not 40 as you indicated. I understand your disappointment with the wait, but although we always strive to avoid this, and it doesn't happen frequently, we are occasionally subject to delays due to emergencies or specific appointments. We apologize for the delay. Regarding your complaint that we do not accept dental vouchers, it is necessary to say that the use of dental vouchers is subject to very specific rules, and unfortunately, we have no control over them. These are rules determined by the SNS - National Health Service - and, in your daughter's specific case, they unfortunately do not apply to the treatment needed at this time. Even knowing these rather restrictive rules, we offered to conduct a free evaluation consultation. We thoroughly assessed your daughter's needs and charged absolutely nothing for the diagnosis – which I believe is a valuable addition, despite the inconvenience of waiting 25 minutes. In your daughter's specific case, the dental voucher presented covers permanent teeth 14, 15, 24, 25, 34, 35, 44, and 45, and all of these teeth need to be filled. Your daughter does not yet have teeth 15, 25, 35, and 45, which need to be filled. This situation prevents us from using the dental voucher in question, and to reach this conclusion, an evaluation was necessary, which we performed free of charge. Please, so that you can better understand the situation, I am sending you a link here with the specific rules for using the dental voucher. https://www.sns24.gov.pt/tema/saude-oral/cheques-dentista-para-criancas/ So, please understand that we are not refusing to accept the dental voucher. We just need to verify if the specific case fits the very specific rules of the National Health Service (SNS). Without this, unfortunately, it is not possible to proceed with the treatment. Excellent service from the clinic team. Dr. Rosana is a great professional. My daughter always had dental phobia, but with her care, she felt safer and more confident. Attentive staff (both in person and via WhatsApp), clean clinic, well located. Dr. Marcia attended to me, as well as my husband and 8-year-old son, with whom she was very patient. Super gentle and competent, she did an excellent thorough cleaning and even extracted my son's baby teeth quickly. We live in England and will certainly return for our routine checkups.
