My experience with Dr. Raquel Fernandes, hand therapist in 2024, was very positive. I had wrist surgery for a fractured scaphoid bone in 2009. Recovery was lengthy due to 14 years with a fractured scaphoid bone. Today I am much better and no longer need to wear wrist braces. This is a deception. I paid 255 € for whitening with cleansing and there is absolutely no result. The cleaning was carried out very poorly, unprofessionally and very roughly. They also force you to sign a paper that they do not bear any responsibility for the result of whitening and do not guarantee that the teeth will become whiter. They sell a teeth whitening service, and when you come they say that it is not a fact that they will be able to whiten your teeth. They say that it is better to make an individual mouthguard for teeth and do whitening yourself at home, that is, they do not bear any responsibility and guarantee for the result again. Came to this clinic by the appointment time, and it turns out that doctor will accept me only in 45 mins. This is unacceptable for people who have their days scheduled, and disrespectful too. Haven’t even heard “sorry” till I started complaining. Left this clinic and won’t come back again :)
