I didn't like the result, it's super expensive, a very high cost, and the result is frustrating and poor. I don't recommend it.

th was CRACKED, SHARP AND EDGY! This dentist made it worse with NO REAL PLAN HOW TO REMOVE THE TWO TEETH 🦷 Mi sat in di chair for FOUR LONG-EXCRUCIATING-BLOODY PAINFUL HOURS! LOCAL ANESTHESIA HAD WORE OFF DI LAST HOUR AND MI FELT EVERY PULL AND TUG AS I CONTINUE TO BLEED 🩸 This dentist pulled so hard one time, MI LEFT SHOE 👞 CAME OFF FROM BODY JERKING! Dats when mi told him DATS IT...NO MORE ...WERE DONE! Yet mi still paid him 700 REAIS 💵 because mi respect business! However, he really did NADA! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DI WORST IN MI LYFE! . . Now onto di AWESOME EXPERIENCE...GIOVANNA! 🙌🏾 😃 . Mi was going to get meds for mi pain and gauze...Dat right, di first dentist didn’t even provide GAUZE as mi left! 🤦🏽♂️ . Giovanna confident presence and awesome kinetic vybe struck mi immediately! Mi explain to her di horrifying uncomfortable situation mi had just been in for di last FOUR HOURS! She calmly talked to me and then asked if mi mind if she looked at di tooth. Mi obliged! . . Di look of care and disgust when she looked at mi tooth said it all. SHE WAS NOT HAPPY! She said the man did not even STITCH 🪡 🧵 the gum leaving mi open to SERIOUS INFECTION 🦠 + OTHER COMPLICATIONS! Also, mi told her, mi had to buy mi own gauze just now from pharmacy! . Giovanna immediately when into action! She gave mi some meds for pain + infection and wrote me a prescription for more pain. She told mi dat would hold mi over for di weekend but to return FIRST THING MONDAY for her to evaluate and schedule some treatment! She also told me ‘DI GUMS WOULD NOT HEAL LIKE DAT AND TO NOT WAIT TOO LONG TO GET TREATMENT! Mi knew she was being serious and of sincerity! . . Let mi also add- GIOVANNA AND HER STAFF HAD THEIR BAGS IN HAND AND CLOSING FOR THE NIGHT...LITERALLY! Good thing she took the time to look at my tooth or mi would have had serious issues and not even known about it! . Mi came in and GIOVANNA schedule a TOPOGRAPHY and said, yuh could not see how to reach tis tooth 🦷 wit just a HYDROGRAPHY and di man should have seen dat and not try to perform di procedure! . Mi had to let mi mouth heal for lyke two weeks from di excruciating pain mi was in daily...NO EXAGGERATION! 🤦🏽♂️ . Mi immediately schedule a appointment wit beautiful and sincere ‘JENYPHER who is just so kool to chat up with 👍🏾 When it came time for procedure ’GIOVANNA’ had a plan and course of action already in place! She is a tactician! She ask mi what kinda music 🎶 mi preferred and mi told her classical. She also gave mi some kool shades 👓 to protect mi eyes from di glaring light! Mi relaxed mi eyes laid back and knew mi was good hands with ‘GIOVANNA!’ She had di tooth 🦷 out so quick and said to me ‘ITS DONE!. Seid it nice and calmly. Mi gave her a big hug 🤗 because mi feel she literally saved mi from BIG COMPLICATIONS! Mi waiting for tis gum to heal a little more to return to GIOVANNA FOR MORE TREATMENTS WI DISCUSSED! . GIOVANNA AND ALL HER ASSOCIATES ARE OTIMO👏🏾👏🏾 She didn’t even try to OVER CHARGE MI lyke mi experience has been with other Brasileiros. I was looking for transparency from the professional, which product would be used, the warranty period, etc. To avoid going into too much detail, I'll get straight to the point.
