Excellent service, excellent team of professionals, I was very well taken care of from the beginning to the end of my treatment. And today I feel completely confident to eat anything without any embarrassment! I am very grateful to the entire Oral Sin Santos team!

I'm shocked by the drop in service quality!! Disrespectful!! It's a shame that it's a case of a fallen implant, placed by them. I can't get through to schedule an appointment.

We regret what happened, but I need to correct this information, saying that in fact you did not have an implant fall out (when you say it like that, it may seem like you had an implant rejection, which is not true), it was only the tooth that came unscrewed. You contacted us via WhatsApp on the 2nd, requesting an appointment for the following day, and that was done. You had to wait a few moments to have your appointment finalized, as you contacted us during our receptionist's lunch break (she leaves at 11:30 am and returns at 1:30 pm). At 1:33 pm the receptionist resumed contact and finalized your appointment for the following day as requested. We apologize for not being able to give you attention during your lunch break, which may have upset you. But we are happy to have solved your problem quickly and efficiently.

An absurd delay in completing the implants without a plausible explanation, far exceeding the timeframe initially stipulated by the professionals. One dentist was needed to handle all cases because, of the three who usually attend to patients, one had a prior appointment and another was sick. They didn't rearrange the schedule, and after waiting for almost an hour, I left without being seen! A lack of respect for the patients, as if we were there at their disposal and had nothing better to do.
