process. The dentists and assistants were all very professional and friendly. However, the first three days at the hotel were a disappointing experience. Fortunately, the team was very attentive and moved us to a better hotel for the remaining nights. Also, the transportation service was not the VIP experience we expected, so that's something that could be improved. Overall, the dental treatment was excellent, and that's what matters most. I can definitely recommend One Clinic! 😊 I am very satisfied with the results of my dental treatment. In a single visit they placed an implant, two crowns and performed an extraction. I sincerely thank the entire team at the clinic, especially Tom Edwards, my medical advisor, who was with me from beginning to end and answered all my questions. A big thank you also to Egmen, who was with me the whole time, translating into Spanish in real time. The dentists and assistants were very professional and kind. However, the first three days at the hotel were a negative experience. Fortunately, the team was very attentive and moved us to a better hotel for the last few nights. The transportation also didn't meet the VIP service we expected, so it would be good to review that aspect. In the end, the most important thing—the dental treatment—went very well, and that's why I recommend One Clinic without hesitation. 😊

Having dental work done is never fun. However the team at One Clinic were really outstanding when they explained the procedure and we moved forward with the recommended treatment plan. Follow up was great and they were always a message or call away to answer questions. Outstanding experience for the client.

And I want to take this opportunity to thank the entire team (interpreter, nurses, driver) and especially the doctor, for the kind approach and painless treatment. From a medical point of view, I did not see any shortcomings - cleanliness, professional and warm approach, painless anesthesia, repeated X-rays, antibiotics, analgesics, cold compresses. I flew home in 5 days.
