Thinking there would be availability, I went half an hour early, and even though my appointment time had passed (I waited a total of 1.5 hours), I still hadn't been seen. This must be the worst clinic in Istanbul. It is not a clinic, it is dirty, unhygienic, they walk around and eat in the room where a treatment is taking place. The surgeon leaves and comes back in the same clothes he operates in. You are completely wrong and lying. I am in your system, and I have had contact with 3 of you on WhatsApp. I would like to give my name. The woman I texted after I got home to Norway tried to get me to come back for a 2nd visit for teeth. I was able to talk to the top manager and receive a discount on the next treatment. I said I don't want to go back I have asked for a warranty certificate for my implants (which they boast they have) but I haven't received it I have received proof that I have had treatment with 4 implants from them, so how can I not be in their system. THIS JUST GETS MORE AND MORE SHAME AND SCAM

I was finished because if felt to long and they fixed that for me. So over all I couldn't have picked a better clinic! Zero pain at all (only the needles for numbing) and even for that they used numbing spray first! Egemen was my Translator helped with everything even where to go around. And the dentist I had Muhammad speaks perfect English and I was nervous and he made me relaxed and done a 10 out of 10 job!!

y skilled, patient, and thorough in explaining every step of the treatment plan. I felt well cared for and confident in the quality of work being done. My plan slightly changed from what was originally discussed before attending but the reasons for it changing were explained and at no point did they attempt to pressure me into treatment I did not want. They also insured the altered treatment plan stayed within the budget we discussed before hand. I still have to return for a second visit to complete the work but based on my first visit I am sure I will have no issues. Huge thanks to the whole team for the service you have provided so far.
