I'm from outside of São Luís, which is in crisis, but I received excellent service and my urgent problem was resolved!
I had a terrible toothache, Dr. Afonso treated me and relieved the pain. Besides that, the clinic is well-located and very comfortable. I recommend the service!

I came to São Luís for a visit and needed urgent care. I was seen by Dr. Afonso and his team. I had an anxiety attack at the time, and they managed to calm me down. Dr. Pedro is an excellent professional, highly qualified, detail-oriented, a perfectionist, and above all, a humanist. He works with modern equipment and top-of-the-line materials. I was very pleased with the result of my root canal treatment performed by him. The clinic is well located and comfortable. His team is helpful and friendly.

I was seen in the emergency room by Dr. Afonso. I had to have my wisdom tooth removed because it was very inflamed. I didn't feel any pain; he was always attentive and gave me recommendations after the extraction. I highly recommend him; he's an excellent professional!
I had two dental procedures done there and received excellent care. Besides having very flexible hours, which accommodates people who work weekdays, the professionals are very knowledgeable, patient, and explain each process very well. I was seen on Sunday, and when I arrived there was no one at the entrance; I was met with a closed door even though I had an appointment. The prices were absurd. And be careful with procedures done without authorization; I think that's even a crime. You go in for a routine check-up, and during the consultation, they invent a cleaning and an X-ray. First of all, it's very sad to see that the internet becomes a way to spread often unfounded claims in order to damage the image of people who work honestly. But thanks to the service we provide, a quick look at our profile will show anyone that we are a serious clinic committed to our patients. At no time have we sought to create or invent procedures outside the needs of our patients. Furthermore, our prices are fully in accordance with the tables of our professional council, even outside of business hours. And to make it clear, the patient in question used two different accounts to create the negative review because we did not provide a medical certificate in the way HE WANTED, demonstrating how much he wants to harm our clinic. Only the professional (the dentist, in this case), after evaluating, knows the time and need for time off work for a given clinical situation. Just to make it clearer that he did not want to undergo the necessary treatment to solve the problem (which is absolutely acceptable), we just cannot certify and be responsible for something we did not perform in our clinic.
The sales process is misleading. Initially, they give you one price, but in the end, they charge more without explaining what service is being provided, much less that there will be an extra charge. A complete lack of respect for the customer. Furthermore, the after-sales service is terrible. Customers are only good when they arrive. Once you leave, they forget about you. Thank you for the…

We were passing through São Luís and my tooth broke. They responded immediately and scheduled an appointment for the same day. I was being seen within an hour. Excellent service. Spotlessly clean and very cozy office. Emergency resolved so I could continue my trip. I highly recommend them.
