manner, I received my consultant over WhatsApp text, was explained the process, plan, and cost. What would have been easily 30k worth of work in the US I ended up spending less than 1/4! Although I will be honest there was a lil more cost than originally quoted (due to me needing more work done than expected and choosing to go with Emax crowns instead of zirconia) it was at no fault of theirs. Comes with the territory. I booked my trip and everything took exactly a week, arrived on 1/14 and left on 1/21. When arrived I was transported to the included hotel by the transport. Both were nice and the hotel staff very pleasant. I met Fulya who was my translator the first appt and she was very warm, kindhearted and explained everything in depth from day one. She also wasn’t pushy at all which made my experience nice since I also travelled alone. She was with me at every appt every step of the way until the day I left, every step she explained thoroughly and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome in the end. All of procedures were done by Dr. Habib and his Asst Pinar. They were always kind and never made me feel uncomfortable. For the most part my whole process was painless (I had a lot of work done) and they always made sure to ask if I needed anything. Dr. Habib knows his stuff, he also made sure to have Fulya explain every step and procedure before and after. In the end I love my new teeth and smile! All my friends and family that have seen it so far have said how perfect it looks… my mom may even go have work done in the near future. I want to thank everyone at Omer Istanbul for how I was treated, I have zero complaints! Thank You 🤲🏽

her you have the appointment in Vienna or Istanbul, as in my case, makes no difference; it's never pleasant 😅. But they try everything to make you feel comfortable, and the interpreters are always available. They explain the steps and what to expect. Am I satisfied? I can't say for sure 100% so soon after my treatment; it needs time to prove itself. But what I can say is that the result is truly fantastic. It's a good dentist; everyone is nice, but there's always room for improvement. On my first day, it felt like a mass processing operation; the dentist's office was far too busy. The other days, however, were not like that. Occasionally they didn't keep my appointments, and I had to wait up to an hour (not a big deal, you're never really on time in Vienna anyway). The final treatment was scheduled a bit too close to my departure, which was a little too stressful for me. Overall, I'm very happy with the result.
