To our surprise, far from seeking a solution, their attitude was to discredit us, implying that we were lying about the obvious situation. Is it too much to ask that they listen to their clients and try to reach a satisfactory agreement? Or was their objective simply to obstruct us and get away with it with an arrogant and unprofessional attitude? I would certainly never recommend this clinic to anyone. A disappointing and frustrating experience.

and according to my preferences, not hers. I asked to speak to the person in charge, and I explained my situation. I didn't understand why I ended up leaving with teeth that looked different after a cleaning than when I arrived. She tried to imply that I was lying, which makes no sense because all I was asking for was clarity and transparency about what happened. Besides telling us he's a dentist and a lawyer, I went there for something as simple as a cleaning, and now I'm in this situation. There was no response; they told me to fill out a complaint form, which makes no sense, after I explained everything and sent photos of how my teeth looked before. There was even a witness who saw the woman admit she tried to straighten my teeth. After this traumatic experience and the way I was treated, leaving without the truth, I've gone to another clinic where I hope they can help me fix my teeth after the state they left them in. I hope there will be transparency and respect for patients.

a prosthesis, stating that I should be evaluated by the orthodontist. Why should they also schedule something for me with orthodontics? I scheduled the appointment with the orthodontist without realizing that the one who had evaluated me was not an oral rehabilitator but a general dentist. When the evaluation with the orthodontist ended, the dentist who had evaluated me was there as if she were a rehabilitator. I asked her if she wasn't the rehabilitator, and she told me no, but that she understands a lot about rehabilitation and that's why she likes it. I feel that it is a lack of respect because at the time I requested the appointment, the girl knew that I didn't need to be evaluated. an oral rehabilitation specialist and not a general dentist, and since she's quoting me something she doesn't know about, it's definitely disrespectful 😡

The "professionals" at this dental clinic lack the skills and proper treatment for their patients. Having a tooth extracted there turned out to be the worst decision I could have made. Terrible service and mistreatment of the patient.
