First time I took my daughter and she loved it, she even cried when she left! The personalized service was gentle and didn't rush to finish, they answered all our questions, played with my daughter and talked about the importance of brushing her teeth! They've gained a patient ❤️

Wonderful! My son was afraid to go back to the dentist because he didn't feel comfortable, but here at Odonto Afetiva he didn't want to go home anymore, hahaha... I loved it and will certainly return. Words can't describe how sweet the service was.

Lorenzo felt very comfortable in the doctor's office. The doctor was super attentive, talked, joked, and explained everything to him. She didn't let him feel scared at any point during the evaluation. It was a very rewarding experience, and mom is proud.

l like this taking care of my daughter? How can I trust her? There's no room for any adjustments or need for empathy. If something serious happens, would she even see me? Certainly not. So I no longer recommend her and I won't be back. It's a shame about this huge drop in service, from 5 stars for the first appointment with Dr. Julia (an incredible professional) to 1 star because it's mandatory. I would like to give less for the second experience with Dr. Michelle. Very low commitment to my daughter! I don't recommend her, and whoever sees this comment should know that unforeseen events happen, and today it was my daughter, tomorrow it could be yours. Last week's experience: Last week my daughter had a toothache and my appointment was scheduled for December 7th. I called asking to be squeezed in because I wanted to understand what was happening, but she didn't fit me in, saying there was nothing she could do. In other words, don't count on Dr. Michelle for emergencies, only for pre-scheduled appointments and without delays. Very caring of her, right?? :) I recommended her to some friends at the time and many became clients. I certainly won't recommend her anymore and from now on I will speak badly of her! Because I want a dentist to take care of my daughter, in good times and not so good times too, and I've already seen that only the name is caring, because when it came time to show it, she didn't care about her patient. Zero for Dr. Michelle!

Excellent service. Dr. Michele was calm, respectful, and patient, making our son feel very comfortable during the prophylaxis appointment. With the help of a mirror, our son watched the entire cleaning process and learned the best way to brush his teeth. I recommend the clinic.
