I went to Odontomaxx on a Sunday to treat an emergency. I was seen by Dr. Andrea at the scheduled time, and I took advantage of the visit to, in addition to resolving the emergency problem, have a cleaning and another filling for a cavity that she located. The service was great, the anesthesia was perfect, and there was no pain. If you need emergency care, I recommend Odontomaxx.

Hello, my experience was excellent. I loved the place and the people. Dr. Andrea is an excellent professional; from the first consultation, she was always kind and friendly. She is decisive and takes the opportunity to do more than just one service in the same session. She is very helpful and always strives to ensure everyone is satisfied.

Dr. Andréa Klapouch was very attentive and helpful, in addition to providing excellent service and explaining brushing and teeth cleaning procedures. She sees patients from 2 PM to 10 PM, which is convenient for those who work during business hours.

TERRIBLE!!! I FELT CHEATED. 750 reais for a filling. THEY WORK WITH THE PERSON'S "URGENCY". I went to the clinic today and didn't understand why I paid 750 reais for a filling. Then I got home and saw so many people with the same complaint that I decided to leave my review here too. I understand that an emergency room has a higher rate for service, especially outside of business hours, which was not the case here. I was even going to write in detail about the whole procedure, with the aim of helping professionals improve, but when I saw the reviews here, with two positive reviews from Andrea herself and one from Luis, her employee, I realized that they really aren't serious professionals. They only did this so we would only see the stars. But it's a lesson for us to read all the comments. But they know that in an emergency we don't do that. I felt kind of silly for falling for that, but then I thought, it's not me who should feel bad, right? It's not me who's unethical and incompetent to have to do that to people in urgent situations. I just hope my restoration lasts.

I was seen by Dr. Andrea, who is extremely attentive, kind, and friendly. The service from this dentist was incredible. I often say that those who love what they do show it in their work, and this doctor is amazing. She was very attentive to my problem and has a very calm and thoughtful way of speaking. Terrible and expensive service. I went to have a tooth that had fallen out replaced, as an emergency, on a weekend, and during the procedure, I said that the tooth felt strange, a bit loose, but the dentist insisted that everything was fine. I do not recommend them because there is a lack of transparency in the prices and procedures. I arrived with a severe toothache and I didn't think the price charged was fair, just to tell me what needed to be done because I already knew, and I found the cost of the procedures absurd. I wasted the consultation fee and left with unbearable toothache!

However, unfortunately, we are unable to perform procedures that involve risks and high treatment costs as you expected. But we can make it easier by offering payment plans.

We have zero complaints about dental treatment errors. This is because we do not perform root canal treatments the following day after an emergency appointment. Furthermore, we perform radiological diagnostics before and after any procedure, precisely to avoid this negative experience you had.
Excellent service. Dr. Andréa is a great professional; she resolved the root canal problem quickly and without much discomfort. I recommend her work without a doubt.

I broke a tooth in an accident at home late at night, and Dr. Andrea treated me quickly. In the end, I had to have the tooth extracted because the pain was unbearable, but everything went well. Dr. Andrea is very calm and attentive; I didn't feel any pain during or after the surgery. I will continue my treatment with her without a doubt. Excellent professional!

Dr. Andrea gave me the best dental cleaning I've ever had in my life – and I've been a client of many different dentists. She was the only one who took the initiative to remove some dark stains (from coffee) that I had on my teeth, even though it was the third time that year I was having them cleaned. cleaning lasted 3 minutes, I paid the same amount I would have paid Dr. Andrea, and the dentist didn't have the thoroughness or the interest in doing the cleaning that Dr. Andrea had shown. Obviously, I regretted choosing this other dentist and, next time, I will definitely go back to Dr. Andrea.
