At first was a slight inconvenience getting into the building because no one was answering the gate-bell.. Fast forward, was all a pleasant experience.. from greetings to the farewell… And Belen was amazing.. and so is Maria very cordial.

I made an appointment and they kept me waiting for over 30 minutes. I felt it was completely disrespectful, as my time is valuable. I decided to leave, but that reflects very poorly on their planning.
