Great! I went to have a wisdom tooth extracted, very nervous because I had a terrible experience with a previous extraction at another clinic. The dentist and her assistant reassured me at all times and treated me with great patience and professionalism. Clínica Subirana has been taking care of my dental health for over 20 years. What I would highlight most is the warm and personal treatment you receive there. I feel right at home there. Terrible doctors, they've ruined my mouth. Dr. Subirana performed a reconstruction on my two front teeth, since my son broke them with a toy. Within a week, part of the reconstruction had already fallen off. She told me I needed four crowns, some fillings, and later I had to have two root canals. but I trusted their professionalism at the time. Well, one of the root canals started bothering me. They removed the crown, didn't find anything wrong, and I went to another dentist because I had my doubts (a mother from my children's school who is a dentist). They told me they had to remove all four crowns because they were poorly placed; they were all the same, when they should be different and custom-made for each tooth. They discovered that I had a cavity in one of the teeth under the crown because it was incorrectly placed. The root canals were poorly done, which is why I was in pain. I had to have the root canals redone at another dentist, and when I told Dr. Subirana about the case, her exact words were: "I'VE SEEN WORSE CROWNS." With that statement, I have nothing more to say about her lack of professionalism. Oh yes, I should add that THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY FOR THE CROWNS AND A ROOT CANAL. It's been almost a year and I'm still getting my teeth fixed at another dentist. I'm just leaving this comment so that something like this doesn't happen again. You don't need to reply; you already know who I am and that everything I say is the absolute truth, as proven by the refund.

Elena, you came for a consultation and were given a treatment plan that included several restorations. When these restorations were performed, you were informed that two of them were deep and that if the healing wasn't good, we would have to perform root canals on those teeth. I assure you that root canals aren't done for pleasure, but out of necessity. After root canals, crowns or inlays are recommended to prevent fractures. The crowns are custom-made, of course, but if for any reason you weren't satisfied with them, we would have replaced them at no extra cost. The problem was that you didn't want to continue with us, and since our goal in every treatment is for the patient to be satisfied with the work done, and you asked us to have the treatment done at another dentist, we decided to refund your money, not because we did a bad job. We are very sorry that you left with that perception of our professionalism, and we hope you find the professional you are looking for. For our part, we will continue working to offer the best service to our patients at every level, both professionally and personally.
A good friend recommended I go to the Subirana doctors' clinic. I had quite a few problems with my teeth, and it was a complete success because, as I told the doctor this morning, it has changed my life. Excellent and professional dentists. They have advanced technology. I think my whole family has been patients there for over 15 years. I've moved to a different region, but we still travel to Madrid for checkups because of the trust and professionalism of Odontología Global. I called the clinic to request a dental cleaning and was informed that an initial examination would be performed first, and that if there was time during the same appointment, the cleaning could be done. The response was that they did not have the machine available at that moment, although they did have the time and resources to perform the orthodontic study. This situation is contradictory and gives the impression that more expensive tests for insurance purposes are prioritized over addressing the patient's actual reason for the visit. The experience left me with an unprofessional impression and was quite disappointing. As a recommendation, it would be desirable to prioritize care that is more focused on the patient's actual needs and less on maximizing insurance coverage. Adhering to the information provided when scheduling appointments and acting with greater consistency and professionalism would help build more trust and a better patient experience.

Our clinic works with some medical insurance companies, but not with dental insurance policies, and diagnostic tests are neither billed nor prioritized through any insurance. Therefore, the interpretation regarding a financial motive is inaccurate. As you were informed, the first visit includes an initial clinical examination. Following this assessment, the professional is obligated to inform you of any relevant findings and possible diagnostic options, without this implying any obligation on the part of the patient. Regarding the cleaning, we regret that it was not possible to perform it at that time due to specific technical issues.
