They were unpunctual and left me waiting for over an hour for a root canal procedure I had scheduled 3 days prior. The service was terrible; they don't have any specialists available.

I deeply regret the unsatisfactory experience, although it is not insignificant that a specialist arrived more than an hour late, it is also recognized that it is not usual for an endodontist to see patients at night, finally the service was carried out with the corresponding delay, the administration tried to rectify the error with a lower fee than agreed.
In such a delicate and painful situation as a dental emergency, being treated in the early hours of the morning with the best care, service, and professional expertise, taking into account my needs and those of my unborn baby, was an excellent medical service. The prices were fair for the emergency. Thank you, Doctor, we will be back!

Great experience. Dr. Melisa Prieto is very kind, extremely patient, and clearly cares a lot about her patients. She explained everything calmly, took her time, and answered all my doubts. Clean place and excellent care.
I chipped a tooth tonight at 7:20pm. It was one I had chipped before. I called and Diego scheduled me within the hour! He provided incredible service and as of 9:00pm my tooth is fixed. Diego did an amazing job, my teeth look even better than before! Thank you so much Diego!!!!!

Good morning. I sincerely apologize for the poor impression caused; however, it is important to clarify that the scheduled appointment was 2 hours prior to the arrival time. Upon your arrival, it was impossible to attend to you due to other prior commitments.
Last night, my 6-year-old daughter needed urgent dental care due to a severe toothache. I contacted this office and they scheduled an appointment almost immediately. The dentist on duty was very professional and incredibly patient with my daughter. Excellent service; I'm truly grateful.

Excellent service. I came for an evaluation and they gave me back my smile. Dr. Perilla's implantology technique gave me complete confidence to put my case in his hands. After many years of temporary solutions, today I can say I'm happy with the solution to my case. Highly recommended.
Highly recommended and trustworthy. Dr. Paola saw me late at night and solved my problem: emergency orthodontics, relieving my discomfort and pain. 10/10 for total friendliness, beautiful facilities, and good music. (If you arrive by car at night, you can leave it in the bay in front of the building. Recommend it to the Zimma building attendant.)
My experience with them for the removal of wisdom tooth was terrible. They made many mistakes. Most notably, the gauze they located in the removal area was not removed in the follow up visit 1 week later so I had to visit them again weeks after because the area wasn't healing. they told me that the initial removal was done erroneously and they broke the area that covers the tooth. This is why the area didn't heal and it is most likely that it never will. Maybe I was unlucky but there were too many major mistakes. Not recommending this place to anyone.

We regret your unpleasant experience. Third molar extractions are not without complications. It's important to clarify that gauze is NEVER left on the procedure site; it's common to use dressings containing medications such as collagen or anti-inflammatory drugs. Excellent service. I had a wisdom tooth extracted, and Dr. Valentina was very kind and understanding because I'm very nervous about these procedures. Before starting, she explained everything she was going to do, and at the end, she showed me proof that everything went perfectly. 10/10, highly recommended, and her prices are reasonable.

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience at the clinic. I went in for a toothache caused by a broken filling. They removed the filling, but the diagnosis indicated they should have also removed the nerve. They didn't. Over the next few days, the pain worsened, and they prescribed amoxicillin (an antibiotic). they hadn't removed the nerve, meaning they hadn't treated the emergency for which they charged me a considerable amount of money at the first clinic; and it wasn't something that required antibiotics for my condition. The procedure was poorly done, and the medical advice was also incorrect. They should be aware that if they don't know how to treat a particular specialty, they should be honest.
