The doctors are great. The problem is the reception; a young woman treats people very badly, acting petulantly as if we were asking for a favor. Rude and ill-mannered.

I have a wonderful experience with the treatment from both of them. I had 3 wisdom teeth removed, and each time I felt a lot of pain, but they removed them very calmly. I didn't feel any pain, and I was recovered in 3 days. Two were done by Dr. Tiago, and one was done by Dr. Tiago. Neither had any problems; they have very light hands. They are truly wonderful.

professionals don't treat their friends and family well, while the professionals at this clinic not only treat their family and friends well, but they treat us and make a point of treating us like friends or even relatives, so they have my respect and admiration. They always ask how we are doing after performing any service (I've had a root canal, cleaning, and I'm having orthodontics) and if there's any problem, they ask us to come back to fix it, because they don't want the procedure to have flaws, while other clinics treat us only as numbers or banknotes. At OdontoDent, you are treated as unique. Therefore, congratulations. Keep up the good work.

Lack of professionalism starting with the receptionist who schedules the day and time, and when I arrived for the appointment I was left waiting in a FIRST-COME, FIRST-SERVED line. This happened three times, I always arrived on time and even then I waited more than an hour to be seen. This type of experience is traumatizing in this field. I do not recommend him, and the positive reviews are certainly from close friends who are clients, as I noticed in the office the difference in treatment for frequent clients and those seeking occasional care.
I received excellent service, and today my children are also receiving good care.
I absolutely love this clinic and have complete confidence in the work of its professionals. I wouldn't trade it for any other. Everything is done with quality and at a fair price.
