I had a maintenance appointment scheduled for Tuesday, I asked if I could get it moved to Monday, and the answer was yes. They scheduled it for 5:30 PM. In the end, they made me go like a fool, thinking I don't have commitments and responsibilities. They said there was nothing scheduled, but I have screenshots… For me, it's a zero. It doesn't even deserve one star.
