The WhatsApp service and phone call were awful. I called several times and received no answer, I sent messages on WhatsApp, they see them but don't reply. I've been there before, the dentists are good, but the reception is terrible.

Excellent professionals, but the reception service leaves much to be desired. Trying to contact the receptionists in various ways is infallible; they don't answer, it's quite embarrassing.
