I received excellent service at this clinic! The team is extremely attentive, professional, and meticulous in every detail. From reception to the dentist's appointment, everything was done with great kindness and competence. The environment was clean, organized, and welcoming. Very good experience, I'm still undergoing treatment, waiting for the healing period to get the implants. The clinic is very organized, excellent service from reception onwards, Dr. Fernanda and Dr. Cris are lovely, I recommend it.

I needed to be seen urgently in June 2024, I was very well received by the receptionists, and Dr. Cristiane treated me very well. I was very satisfied.

The service was poor to bad. The dentist wasn't careful with the anesthesia and applied it too forcefully. It seems they were in a hurry and didn't take adequate time to do the restoration properly the first time. They even decided to grind down part of my own tooth to make it "easier to apply dental floss" without me asking, and without it being indicated. I had never in my life ground down my…

tooth for that reason. After the restoration and leaving, I had to return because the resin was too high and my teeth didn't fit together properly. I still can't believe it improved after the second time, but at least I don't recommend going there.

Reception service is good, but the overall service is mediocre to poor. The patient care environment needs improvement in presentation and hygiene. I found the dentists to be somewhat grumpy. My problem wasn't fully resolved. The cost-benefit ratio is reasonable.
As always, excellent service from reception to the dentist; the housekeepers are also great. Congratulations to all!
I'm loving this place! My treatment will take a while because I have a lot to do, but I'm already loving it. The price is affordable for what I need, the receptionist is super helpful and polite, all the girls are polite, and my dentist (I don't remember her name 😁) is even better. I feel super confident and relaxed in her hands 😍😍 I highly recommend her 👍🏽👍🏽🙏
