Best experience with this clinic, from the service provided by the receptionists to the professionals, both dentists and assistants. I have a lot of trauma and they managed to put me at ease there. I needed to have my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Fabiane performed the procedure with excellence, quickly and painlessly. I can only express my gratitude.

From my first visit, I was very well received by the clinic staff. I took my son to be seen by Dr. Karoline Scheibel and the experience was wonderful! She was super patient, caring, and explained everything in a way that made him feel safe and calm. The clinic is very organized and welcoming, and the service really makes a difference.
We've been receiving treatment at Odonto Wix for almost 10 years now, and Dr. Bruno and Dr. Fabiane have always been very attentive and excellent professionals! Dr. Karol also treating children has only added to the clinic's overall excellence!

The reception service is terrible. They don't respond politely and always give negative responses. I've already had two problems with them: the first was that the dentist wanted to charge me to correct a bruxism splint after she herself performed a procedure that altered the size of my teeth, and the second was the "promotional" charge without any discount compared to other competing clinics. Hello Mr. Alisson, we are very sorry for your experience. This is not the standard we have here at the clinic, so I would like to clarify the following points: Your first appointment was in early 2021 through the Odontoprev dental plan. Odontoprev had a limited list of procedures, which did not allow us to perform all the options available in all specialties. The treatment plan presented and approved by you, and which was covered by the dental plan, was indeed carried out; however, the fabrication of bruxism splints was not included in the list of procedures authorized by the plan for your plan category. The plan itself allowed that any procedure not covered by the plan could be offered privately. Bruxism splints cannot be corrected; they need to be made from scratch after significant changes in occlusion. The doctor offered you the treatment, and you did not accept it. Regarding your most recent experience, I must clarify to anyone reading this response that you were not seen again. Your report regarding "promotion" and "discount" came after you contacted us via WhatsApp to inquire about prices for a specific procedure. Our secretary provided you with the prices and conditions. You questioned the possibility of price changes due to your dental plan covering one of the offered procedures. As with any business or sector, we reserve the right to keep our offer restricted to the conditions initially presented. The employee responsible for your WhatsApp contact does not have the authority to decide prices, offer discounts, or alter treatment packages and plans. We would also like to clarify that we stopped accepting OdontoPrev insurance exactly 7 months ago. Regarding your comparison between our services and other establishments, I would like to clarify that, unlike the retail sector, our field of activity falls under the category of services and healthcare. Therefore, we do not seek to follow pre-established price lists or base our prices on what other companies in the same sector charge, as our only commitment is to delivering quality work. We appreciate the feedback and hope you find a solution for your issue.
I would like to express my gratitude for the professionalism and punctuality. During our first consultation, my wife and I were very well attended to by Dr. Mateus and his assistant Kauane. They both answered all our questions attentively and patiently. Furthermore, the clinic has an excellent, welcoming structure that inspires a great sense of security.
