Orthodontics and Invisalign

Orthodontics is the founding specialty of Odonto Magalhaes. Dr. Paulo Magalhaes completed his postgraduate specialization in Orthodontics and Facial Orthopedics at UNESP Sao Jose dos Campos in 1997, accumulating more than two decades of specialist clinical experience in the field.

The clinic is a certified Invisalign provider and uses the system's ClinCheck 3D treatment planning software to map tooth movement digitally before any aligner is produced. Invisalign is offered for a wide range of malocclusions including crowding, spacing, dental protrusion, narrow arches, crossbite, overbite, and general misalignment. The removable nature of the aligners makes treatment compatible with professional and social life, and the near-invisible appearance appeals strongly to adult patients.

For patients seeking treatment that is entirely undetectable from the outside, Odonto Magalhaes also offers lingual orthodontics using the Incognito system — a technique in which brackets are bonded to the inner (tongue-facing) surface of the teeth, completely concealing the appliance from external view.
