Regarding the reception, the service was excellent, but the doctor who does the restorations provided terrible service and attention.

Excellent service from Dr. Greici during my veneer implant procedure. Beyond the excellent work from the first consultation to the post-implant period, I also deserve praise for the entire team – finance, reception – who are very attentive and courteous. I recommend this clinic 1000 times over.

They took a long time to attend to me in an emergency and didn't tell me anything, I left without being seen. I hope they don't do this to other people. I felt very bad.

Hi André, good afternoon. This is Rafael from Odonto Gallas. I spoke with you when you had your evaluation with us in January. In February, we spoke again, and you asked me to contact you in May to discuss the possibility of treatment. I contacted you on May 28th, but you didn't reply. On May 31st, you contacted us requesting an appointment (8:56 AM). After checking, we replied to your message (9:18 AM) offering you appointment options at 10:45 AM or 3:45 PM, and you replied that you had already scheduled an appointment (I don't know if it was at another clinic). At 11:30 AM, you replied asking if there were any afternoon appointments available, and we again offered the 3:45 PM option. You informed us that you were in pain and requested an earlier appointment (unfortunately, all our time slots were booked). We reserved the 3:45 PM appointment for you and made the reservation in the schedule (11:34 AM). You did not show up at the agreed time. I believe this review is not from Odonto Gallas. We conducted your initial assessment in January, and after your contact in May, we offered same-day appointments, both in the morning and afternoon. For the morning appointment, you said you didn't want it because you had already scheduled one (possibly elsewhere), and you did not show up for the afternoon appointment. We were always available and did everything possible to accommodate your needs and availability. Our mission is always to do the best for our patients, and reviewing the messages, I did not observe any flaws in our service procedure. Therefore, I am available for any further clarification.
