A complete mess. It took them a month to take an X-ray, which was taken a month after the evaluation. Other clinics do it right away. Then they told me I needed surgery, but they couldn't give me a quote because Dr. William didn't have any appointments available. which I still don't know anything about. Then they finally scheduled me, and when I called they couldn't even tell me if I had scheduled with William or Lucas. A total disaster. In the end, I scheduled with another clinic that scheduled me immediately and treated me very well.

However, our secretaries tried to schedule you numerous times, but going to the dentist wasn't a priority for you, as you could never go to the clinic due to your work. You canceled several appointments. We are a clinic that works with scheduled appointments to provide timely and respectful service to our patients. Indeed, without time and respect, we can't even provide a simple estimate, as that requires a good treatment plan. We are a clinic that values quality and not simply providing an estimate to our patients. Quality first!

This clinic has absolutely no responsibility or respect for its clients. They cancel appointments multiple times. Nobody wants dental treatment for fun; it's out of necessity and pain. There's no professionalism whatsoever in this dump! Don't waste your time and money with them!! The patient means NOTHING to them. They have not a shred of empathy!!

y panoramic X-ray and simply waited more than 15 days for a response from the receptionist, who said she would show the X-ray to Dr. Gustavo. I informed the receptionist that I have health problems and would like a consultation to talk to the doctor and ask questions, but I don't think she even paid attention to what I told her. Besides taking months to schedule my appointment, not responding to my WhatsApp messages, answering my calls rudely and blaming her mistake on someone else, saying that another receptionist made a mistake, they simply lost my panoramic X-ray. I recognized the voice on the phone and was always attended to by the same person, who scheduled my appointment, and I, due to a problem... Due to serious health issues, I requested a rescheduling a few days prior via WhatsApp messages because I tried calling the clinic and received no response. The day before my appointment, they sent a message asking if I would be attending! However, I had already sent messages days before informing them that I wouldn't be able to attend and requested a rescheduling. In compensation for all this, I had an appointment with Dr. William, who was extremely polite and very attentive. I don't think he even realizes that all this happens at his clinic. He was recommended by my dentist, and Dr. Gustavo was also recommended by the same dentist, who said they were excellent dentists. Even though they were recommended and excellent, the reception area is very lacking in attention and rudeness.
