I had an excellent experience at the clinic! From reception to the final appointment, everyone was extremely welcoming and attentive. I was treated very well at every stage. Dr. Maisa is a sweetheart—super friendly, caring, and very professional. I had my wisdom teeth extracted and felt safe. I recommend them without hesitation!

Excellent service! Dr. Joice and Dr. Ana are very clear and objective in their treatments. The clinic is clean and organized, and the reception staff is simply impeccable—always helpful and proactive. They manage to adapt the clinic professionals' schedules to our personal schedules very efficiently. I recommend them!

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Maisa. I was very scared, but she reassured me a lot and was extremely quick! The post-surgery care was also great, everyone helped me when I had questions and managed to fit me in when I needed it. It was a very good experience! I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately, I did not have a positive experience with the clinic. I initiated contact on October 28th with a general inflammation of my wisdom teeth and needing information about the service, as I have Bradesco insurance and it was the first time I was using it. a simple "?". As soon as I asked about the response time, they told me that "the demand was very high like that and that it took up to 2 days" and that's how it was until the next day. After receiving the referral for the x-ray, they rescheduled my evaluation for November 17th, and I remained until that date with all 4 teeth INFLAMED to get the blessed information and have the "evaluation" done. They scheduled me for 9:30 am, and they saw me 1 hour later. In the end, the dentist said she covered the extraction but not the laser treatment she used, which cost 550 PER TOOTH. She said she only performed the procedure with that laser and if I chose not to use it, I would have to find another professional. In other words, in the end, it wasn't covered by my insurance (if it REALLY was, I would at least have the option of choosing whether or not to use the laser). She mentioned the possibility of a "reimbursement" from the plan, but I checked with the insurance company and it would be a maximum of 40% of the cost. It would have been much better of her to say it wasn't covered than to make me wait 17 days with a sore mouth to try to close a sale during the evaluation. Transparency and humane treatment win clients, not exhaustion and withholding information. In the end, I even had to hear, "If I do it without the laser and you have a complication, you won't recommend my clinic and you'll speak badly of my work, that's why I work this way." Well, I'm bringing my dissatisfaction to light in the same way, but because of the dismissive treatment I received from you, as you tried to wear the patient down during the 17 days I had to endure the pain just to get information.

Our clinic does not provide services for urgent and emergency cases, as stipulated in the Bradesco health plan contract. In these cases, it is necessary to seek a specific accredited clinic for emergencies. This information is detailed in the health plan's service agreement. Regarding laser therapy treatment, we inform you that this therapy is not covered by the health plan. However, we understand that laser therapy is a relevant procedure for obtaining good results in your specific case. During the consultation, we offered to schedule the tooth extraction for the following day, aiming to accommodate you as quickly as possible within our schedule.
