Excellent service! Procedures performed with great attention and care, and always very well explained. I had two wisdom teeth extracted by Maísa and had my stitches removed and a cleaning done by Joyce, two excellent professionals! The best dentists I've ever been to! The reception staff also deserve praise, they were helpful and courteous!

d unprofessional manner, that the clinic does not perform emergency fillings, even in the case of a fractured and exposed tooth. Instead of a proper technical evaluation—which would involve opening the tooth to verify the real need for root canal treatment—the dentist insisted directly on performing a private root canal, claiming that the clinic does not accept insurance for this procedure. When I questioned this conduct and explained that the correct procedure would be to first evaluate the tooth before recommending an invasive treatment, I was told that the clinic "doesn't like rework" and that "it doesn't profit from this type of rework." This statement demonstrates a complete disregard for professional ethics and patient well-being, prioritizing financial matters over health. Given this attitude, I informed them that I would be leaving, as I had never experienced a situation where, even with a broken tooth, I left a dental office without at least a protective dressing. Upon leaving, I was further informed that this was the "clinic's methodology," which simply does not handle emergencies—information that was not provided at the time of scheduling. I consider the service inadequate, unethical, and disrespectful, as well as incompatible with the basic principles of dentistry, which prioritize pain relief, compassionate care, and proper evaluation before any indication of definitive treatment. I am registering this complaint hoping for action, a review of conduct, and greater respect for patients who trust the clinic and seek care in emergency situations.
