For my child's dental care at first, but I also joined because I thought the cost wasn't too expensive. changed, they said they had done an X-ray, but I asked for proof of the X-ray and there was none, another doctor at the clinic stated that there was no medical record of the X-ray in my child's data, then a few days later they said they hadn't had an X-ray because my child was crying, they said they would have an X-ray later. Regarding your complaint, our Admin team has contacted you to reschedule with our doctor for a free recheck of the loose temporary filling (no additional charge). We initially informed the dental assistant that an X-ray had not been performed because the patient was uncooperative, and the doctor took first aid measures to install a temporary filling first. However, you refused to schedule an appointment and returned to our clinic. We have already refunded the cost of the temporary filling. That's all I can explain. Thank you 🙏🏻😊
