The dental clinic has excellent service, and the staff are very helpful. I received very thorough advice regarding my condition before the tooth extraction. After the extraction, they followed up with me by phone about my condition in the days that followed. I also received great support in requesting documents for insurance claims. I had my wisdom tooth extracted here today. I researched many dental clinics before choosing this one, even though it's almost 15km from my house. The reception was gentle and enthusiastic. The extraction was done using an ultrasonic machine, so it was very quick and painless. After the extraction, I received vouchers, medication, and instructions on what to take after meals. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

When my wife and I went for a dental filling and cleaning, the dentist advised us, "We have a promotion going on. If you get your teeth cleaned, you'll get one free cleaning for a family member." I asked if my friend could tell my wife to get hers done as well. I really appreciated the enthusiastic support and advice from this staff member. Suddenly, a loud voice rang out: "Just tell the customer it's 150k for teeth cleaning. If they want it done, great; if not, then don't. Let them discuss it amongst themselves...?" If you're offering a promotion, inform the customer. If you don't want a promotion, don't offer it. Customers pay for the service; they're not getting it for free. I suspect this guy is the owner, and "a heartless owner will have no vision..." Otherwise, my assessment is: the dental clinic is luxurious and clean, the staff are very enthusiastic and friendly, and the dentist who did my teeth was very meticulous and attentive!

NCV is very well-known in Hue. My friends in Ho Chi Minh City recommended their dental clinic, saying it was excellent, so last year I planned to go to Hue for dental care there. Luckily, NCV opened a branch in Da Nang last September, and I've visited them many times for dental care for myself and my two children. The service is fantastic. The price is very good for the quality. Their skincare and hair washing services are also excellent; this is unique to Da Nang, not Hue. Now I only go to this dental clinic in Da Nang because I feel truly reassured and satisfied.
