What I encountered was: - A lack of clear explanation of the treatment plan. - Unanswered questions, leaving the patient confused about what was happening. - The atmosphere and methods during the procedure lacked professionalism, making me feel unsafe. *After the treatment: - Less than 24 hours later, the implant came loose again. I wouldn't question the quality or procedures if I had received better communication. - I experienced pain and numbness in my face, from below my eyes down to the corners of my mouth, for up to three days. This is very worrying for a patient. - My messages on LINE were read but not replied to multiple times. • Phone calls went unanswered. • When I urged for a quicker response, I was simply told to wait. Without any assistance in assessing symptoms or providing any information, during a time when the patient was experiencing significant distress and anxiety, the lack of response or such a response is not just a matter of service, but a matter of “responsibility towards the patient” that should be given greater importance. Even though I later met with the attending physician who provided the same level of care and explanation, the previous incident clearly impacted my confidence. Hopefully, this feedback will help the clinic improve its patient care.

Today I came for a teeth cleaning and whitening. The clinic is easy to find and convenient to get to. Dr. Sirida and her assistants are very meticulous, unhurried, listen attentively, and offer excellent advice on how to solve problems. Importantly, they don't push sales.
