Hello. First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to the patient. However, the clinic would like to clarify the following: This was the patient's second visit. Before the patient saw the doctor, the reception staff explained that the cost of teeth scaling was 900 to 1,800 baht. The patient wanted to use social security insurance, which only covers 900 baht. Any amount exceeding this would have to be paid by the patient. And before the procedure, the doctor informed the patient of the treatment costs, which included: 1. Teeth scaling: 1,000 baht 2. Filling (1 tooth): 900 baht and a sterilization and medical service fee of 100 baht per visit. Total cost: 2,000 baht On the first visit, the costs were as follows: 1. Teeth scaling: 900 baht and a sterilization and medical service fee of 100 baht. Total cost: 1,000 baht (This means the patient was already aware of the 100 baht sterilization and medical service fee per visit.) Therefore, accusing the clinic... The statement, "There is no standard pricing; it's inconsistent," is untrue. The cost of each teeth scaling procedure depends on the amount of tartar the patient has. The clinic's pricing is clearly displayed on a sign at the reception counter, and the reception staff informs patients of the prices before treatment. However, if the clinic's adherence to standard operating procedures has caused dissatisfaction, we sincerely apologize.

The presentation was excellent. The doctor was attentive throughout the process, clearly explaining what was possible and what wasn't. Everyone was very polite. The service was great. There was a wide variety of colored rubber bands to choose from.
