I recommend ELITE Dental Clinic of Dr. Tran Hung Lam in District 3, Tu Xuong Street... super handsome and talented - truly a doctor.

I was quite disappointed with my dental visit here on [date]. Even though I had booked an appointment, I still had to wait almost two hours. What displeased me most was Dr. Hung's attitude; his consultation was very perfunctory, and he seemed annoyed when I asked about additional costs. After the procedure, my teeth were persistently sensitive, but when I called the support hotline, the staff responded very irresponsibly. I always prioritize protecting my natural teeth and don't want root canal treatment. My tooth was only just starting to develop pulp because I happened to take a friend to get their teeth cleaned. During the examination, they discovered I had early pulp damage, and the dentist advised me to preserve my natural tooth because I'm still quite young, and I agreed. During the root canal preservation process, there were some uncomfortable issues, but I always messaged Dr. Hung, and he replied as soon as he was free. If there were any problems with my tooth, he would always tell me to come to the dental clinic for examination and check-up during the root canal preservation process. I often complained about discomfort, but the doctor was always cheerful and patient, explaining everything to me. He always tried to use the best and most effective methods if any problems arose and never abandoned his patients. After the root canal treatment, Dr. Hung always checks to see if I'm stable and feel better, reminding me to come back for a follow-up appointment. I think that if anyone has any dental problems, they should contact Dr. Hung; he will always resolve issues within his expertise. If you want to book an appointment with Dr. Hung, you have to keep an eye on his schedule, sometimes even including urgent cases like mine, so he can advise you on the right course of action. In terms of expertise, he is one of the most skilled dentists in the field. Anyone considering root canal treatment should consider him. A healthy tooth is always better than a decayed one. The doctor's marketing is excellent. They accept every patient and schedule appointment. They make patients wait forever, and then the workday is over. The receptionist constantly delays appointments, saying the doctor is almost finished and then trying to get more patients to come in, even though the patient had an appointment several days in advance and lived far away. Everyone should think carefully; I think there are plenty of highly skilled and dedicated doctors in Saigon. Don't be fooled by marketing like I was.

I'm writing this review after experiencing the service for over a month. I've been hesitant to write it, but besides my disappointment, I think I should write it in the hope that the dentist will read it and reconsider their assessment. I went to the dental clinic for a consultation about braces and to have my wisdom tooth examined because I was in pain. Dr. Hung gave a normal consultation, but I was quite annoyed and disappointed with the way things went afterward. That day, the dentist said that I was lucky to have my wisdom tooth extracted by Dr. Hieu because Dr. Hieu was Dr. Hung's mentor. In the extraction room, I don't understand why there wasn't any note on the patient's file. Even if there wasn't a note, they should have known which side the patient was having extracted. I had pain in my left tooth, and Dr. Hung suggested extracting two teeth, upper and lower, on my left side. I agreed to that. Before the extraction, I also told Dr. Hieu, "EXTRACT THE LEFT SIDE, LEAVE THE RIGHT SIDE OUT." Dr. Hieu's explanation was completely wrong, and before I could understand what was happening, my right wisdom tooth had already been extracted. Meanwhile, the left tooth I wanted extracted because of pain hadn't been treated yet, so I agreed to have the left tooth extracted as well. Although I knew I would have to have it extracted eventually, the fact that he ignored my instructions and didn't properly note down what needed to be done is unacceptable. What annoyed me most was that during the extraction, Dr. Hieu was quite rough, resulting in a cut on one corner of my mouth. He also showed no concern or care, instead joking around, chatting, and teasing with some staff member at the clinic—it sounded like he was flirting, very unprofessional. I'm very concerned about his attitude and professional conduct, especially since he was told he was Dr. Hung's mentor. The clinic's demeanor and work style were very different from my previous visit; it felt very unprofessional. The last time I went, the old receptionist was still there while the clinic was under renovation. She was very nice and her work ethic was excellent, which is why I had a positive impression and used her services a second time. However, after that second visit, I was really annoyed and very disappointed, so I have no desire to use her services again. Losing one customer like me isn't a big deal, but I hope the dental clinic reviews its operations and work ethic!

Appointments are made in advance, but if health issues or heavy rain arise, consider adjusting the communication with the client to avoid blaming the client for canceling, which can cause inconvenience for both parties.
